This Privacy Policy explains how Conceptos Design LLC, a Nevada limited liability company with a mailing address at 2701 Northgate Ln, Ste 2, Carson City, NV 89706 ("Company," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Apex at www.apexformarketers.com (the "Service"). Conceptos Design LLC is the data controller for information collected through the Service. By using Apex, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
Apex responses are generated using third-party artificial intelligence service providers. Your messages are transmitted to those providers to produce responses, under contractual terms governing data handling. Do not submit information you are not comfortable processing through the Service, such as passwords, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal data about others.
We share information with service providers that help us run Apex, including AI processing, CRM, email delivery, and hosting providers. We do not sell the contents of your conversations. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
We retain contact and CRM information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Conversation history held in your browser remains under your control. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
We use physical, technical, and administrative safeguards, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message or by emailing us. You may also email us to request access to or deletion of the information we hold about you at s@stevelemus.com. Service-related communications may continue while you use the Service.
California residents may request to know the personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Submit requests to s@stevelemus.com.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Nevada residents may request that we not sell their covered information to third parties by emailing s@stevelemus.com.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and our Terms require users to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if we learn we have, we will delete it in accordance with COPPA.
The Service may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
